  1. 1Download Daya PatientFrom the App Store or Google Play. Choose Arabic or English.
  2. 2Create your accountUse your mobile number; we send you a code by text message. Daya is for women 18 and over.
  3. 3Tell Daya about youIf you are pregnant, add the first day of your last period, so Daya can work out your week of pregnancy and due date. Add any medical or pregnancy history you want to include.
  4. 4Give your permissionsTwo separate permissions: one for Daya to use your information, and one to share it with your doctor.
  5. 5Connect your doctor, if you wishShare your Daya code or link with your doctor, or ask to be added at your next visit. If you link and agree to share, your doctor can see everything you record, including earlier entries and your conversations with Daya. You can stop sharing or unlink at any time.

Before you download.

Do I need a doctor who uses Daya?

No. On your own, you can follow your pregnancy, record how you are and ask Daya your questions. Messages, booking, your care plan and alerts to your doctor work only when your doctor uses Daya Doctor and you are linked.

Is Daya only for pregnancy?

No. Daya Patient is for women before, during and after pregnancy, and you can also ask Daya about other women’s health topics, such as periods and contraception.

My doctor wants to use Daya. Which app is it?

Doctors use a separate app, Daya Doctor. They sign up in the app, and the Daya team verifies their licence. Once you are linked, you can message each other.
